    Responsible for:

  • Managing and making visible the product backlog, or the prioritized list of requirements for future product development.
  • Accountable for the final product and each stage of its development.
  • Helping the Scrum team see the necessity for clear and concise product backlog items.
  • Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved.

    Responsible for:

  • Overseeing the development and management of a product or set of products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Bridge the gap between the technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that products meet customer needs, are delivered on time, and align with the projects' overall strategy.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining the product development and release timeline.
  • Oversee the development process, working closely with engineering teams.

    Responsible for:

  • Led role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects from Ovipets to the Itsavirus team.
  • Creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization, and providing a clear vision of the product
  • Hosts daily team meetings to get updates on the project's progress, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track.
  • Ensure that the team is adequately trained to understand Agile processes, the team members know their specific roles, and are dedicated to the project.
